First a small Recap. of plus500.

I picked up some useful tips and the demo account should definitely be used before trading. The demo account is not limited by time, something that is quite unusual in the Forex market. The Demo account is ideal to try out some new strategies, or to play hardball. If you ever loose your money in your demo account, its not game over. The next time you start plus500, You get new monopoly funds to try again. I suggest every newbie or Rookie on the market try this before using(losing) your own money. Its like an addictive game, realistic, because it uses true real-time rates. If you make a profit or lose some money you even get the feel of it.

Very Important: How much money should I Invest!
First, let’s take a look at how much money you can currently afford to invest. Do you have savings that you can use? If so, great! However, you don’t want to cut yourself short when you tie your money up in an investment. What were your savings originally for?
It is important to keep three to six months of living expenses in a readily accessible savings account – don’t invest that money! Don’t invest any money that you may need to lay your hands on in a hurry in the future.
So, begin by determining how much of your savings should remain in your savings account, and how much can be used for investments.
