A bulk Product purchased from one of our very reliable Wholesalers here in the UK, one which carries not just controversy, but a big question mark over the availability in certain market sectors. The SpyCobra 1 comes as a main “Self Selling Point”, or S.S.P., as we here at SMMT Ltd have become accustomed to referring to it as. The product sells itself which is a good point, although in some areas of the e-commerce community there are the varied questions and enquiries that ask “What if?” and it is this that make the acquiring that more difficult. With all intent and purposes we set one up within the Company Network Computer and were blown away by the functionality and features that it offered. There are few Products that actually execute “Exactly” what they claim on the Tin or Box, which SpyCobra does do “Exactly” what it claims on the box. It is an amazing piece of Technology for our day and age, and especially as the Internet has opened up to much more than the basic browsers and search engines for information.
THE REVIEW
Today the world is speckled with millions of dangerous obstacles, none more than the Internetwork itself – The World Wide Web – that offers the global populous hundreds and thousands of terrabytes of worthy and unworthy information. With this in mind the question that many parent’s, concerned ones anyway ask, is “What protection do we have for our children?” or “The government of our country should do more to safeguard our younger generation”. The same questions, even though we have the answer to some are still being asked in today’s modern society.
The aptly named “SpyCobra 1″ has for our company brought yet another raving review throughout our conduits and blogsites, as well our websites, for both the pricing and the features that this little USB Drive has – and what it is capable of doing. Far be it for us to embellish or over-hype this low cost Product, because here at www.stormmultimediatechnologies.co.uk all our product reviews are straight up and honest.
The SpyCobra 1 is in our honest opinion one of the smartest “Gadgets” we have in stock at any one time, simply because it does everything that it says on the box, as well as extra features it doesn’t. Enclosed in a USB Drive with a swing back cover design for protection, the device displays the name on the top in black lettering over a white embossed background. Small, durable, easy to conceal and lightweight for mobility, the device would be mistaken for any other normal everyday USB Pen Drive.
From the moment it is connected to a PC to the moment it is disconnected (Usually 15-30 seconds) the SpyCobra 1 goes to work immediately (Even before you disconnect it from any PC or Laptop – and in some cases Androids, Smart Phones that use an internet connection, too). The quick installation of the “Program” allows “Covert” and “Stealth” for the user (Installer), which to date includes every unit around the world. With this said, it has reached a minimal address for some people to ask the question: “How would I know if SpyCobra has been set-up on my PC or Laptop?” and the only true honest answer would be “You don’t and never will, unless you saw it being installed with your own eyes, or if you were the one installing it.”
The SpyCobra 1 is one of the largest selling “Gadgets” on today’s open Technology market, with the upgraded “SpyCobra Deluxe” being the latest most wanted. Having only slight tweaks made to its functions and abilities, the Deluxe version is sometimes declined in respect of its £50+ extra cost. With many people, including Parents, Bosses and Authorities obtaining this device for some peace of mind for their fears, suspicions and evidence gathering, the future is open to this kind of hardware to be made readily available to the General Public. It goes without saying that there must be some restrictions on this device regarding age, which is why www.stormmultimediatechnologies.co.uk puts an 18+ purchasing restriction on The SpyCobra 1.
THE SET-UP PROCESS
Before you set up your SpyCobra 1 device, make sure that the device has not been damaged. It is simple to find any external damage far more easily than discovering any internal damage, check for any wear and tear, surface scratches, loose components and that the swing cover has not been bent or cracked in any way. Once these checks have been made on the device it will be safe to plug the Spy Cobra 1 into a PC or Laptop via the USB insert connection. Always make sure that the “SpyCobra” Logo is facing up so you can read the words (This indicates that the device is in the correct position to be inserted).
INSTALLATION
Once you have inserted the device into the PC or Laptop, it will take a moment for the OS (Operating System) to pick up the program from the USB Drive. A box will appear with the following info:

- 1. When the next box opens it will automatically expand to full screen and hold a Picture of a dark shadowed man with a hat. Right Click on the Picture Icon that reads “Admin” and run as “Administrator”.
- 2. User Account Control will come up asking for permission to run the Program. Click “Yes” for the next step.
- 3. The “Terms & Conditions” as well as the “End User Agreement” will come up which asks you whether you want to “Accept” or “Decline”. This should be “Accept” unless your decision to cancel the installation is to abort.
- 4. The next step is one which opens up the Spy Cobra 1 Program itself “SpyCobra Admin” which will be set out like so:

This is the Main Part of the Program and the genius part of the device. If you have never installed the device on the Computer you have it plugged into, then click “Install SpyCobra”, and this will install the minute program for operational use. Once installed the “Install SpyCobra” will be greyed out in colour, almost invisible to the eye. If you have already installed the program and it is a matter of checking on the programs data, then click on “Configure”.
- 5. Now you will have another dark box overlaying the previous box you opened above. In this box you will find the information as so:

[Tab 1] – Phrases = This is where you will type the Key Phrases that will activate the Program, such as Facebook, Free Sex, Escort Services, Madame Whiplash, Free Porn, etc. Don’t worry about the program being Case sensitive it does not matter if you use Capital Letters or Lower Case Letters, as long as the spelling is as close as possible to the word. There is a function which enables Case Sensitive use, but use only if you know the correct work style. Example: Names that are unique, places which are new and not found on maps or atlases. Once you have typed the word click “Add Phrase”. You can also add Phrases such as “Meet in secret”, to put a finer point on the programs genius ability to gather the information more defined.
[TAB] Screenshots
[Tick Box] Take screenshot after a period of time [Time Box Seconds] = You will have control over how long between each “Screenshot” should be taken and stored on the “Program”. By putting 10 – 20 Seconds into the box, either manually or by clicking on the “Increase” or “Decrease” button, you will have many or less pictures for evidence or information. We set ours at 10 seconds.

The higher the quality that you use will indeed make the pictures more clearer, but setting the quality at 50% as we did, gave us more than enough for demonstration purposes. It is also worth noting that the USB Drive is only capable of storing a maximum of 4GB of memory, so beware that the length of time the “Program” is left inside the computer will depend on whether ALL the data will fit into the Drive. If you leave the “Program” running for a week, the chances are that the Data Drive will not be able to recover ALL the information. If only a day or so, then the Data Drive should be able to transfer successfully.
Once the “Configuration” has been set-up, the next thing is to click “Save”. Remember, until the very moment you “Save” these “Settings”, the SpyCobra 1 will not begin its job of recording the data that you require. Once “Save” is clicked the SpyCobra 1 can be ejected from the USB Socket and put away.
If you are returning to a computer after having installed the SpyCobra 1, then you need to do the following:
- 1. Install the USB Device and “Run as Admin”
- 2. Under “Configure” you must click on “Moved saved data” This will move the data from the covert program inside the PC or Laptop to the USB Data Drive Storage (Unless there is too much Data to be transferred)
- 3. Immediately after pressing this you will see an indicator appear at the bottom of the dark screen beginning with 0%, which will in time reach 100% before completing the transfer to the Data Drive. All the data will have been transferred. Beware, the transfer will become longer depending on the amount of Data and the Quality Settings of the Photos you set it at. If left for extremely long lengths of time the Data Transfer can take more than 30 minutes at an estimate. Imagine how long it would take a 2.0 USB Device to transfer 4GB from a PC to Data Drive? Now you know why it is recommended not to wait too long before returning to retrieve the Data.
- 4. Once you have transferred the Data to the Data Drive, you can then click “Move data to PC”. Once transferred the box appearing will say: “Saved data moved to SpyCobra successfully”. This means that the Data from the Data Drive can be moved to your own PC, which, for the benefit of those who reviewed this Product and said that they got busted because of the time it took to transfer to another device, you disengage (Remove the SpyCobra1) from the Inspecting PC or Laptop and take it away with you so you can transfer the information at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home. You will no longer need the use of the PC you have been monitoring, unless you are “Uninstalling” the program.
- 5. Insert the SpyCobra1 into your own PC or Laptop, open the Program and click “Move data to PC” (Your own PC) to a Folder of your own choice. There is a function where you can create a “New Folder” and send it there. Once completely transferred close down the “SpyCobra1″ and open your “New Named Folder”, where inside you will have two folders, one for Data Information and the other Photo’s.
The Information folder will have a file which must be opened in a Browser, and this is because the information that is carried is of HTML Code and can only be opened in this format, hence the opening of the browser. In every detail – and we mean every detail – the information you view will be “Key Words”, “Key Strokes” and “Characters”. Usernames, Passwords and other sensitive information will be at your fingertips with the use of the “SpyCobra1″.
The Photo Folder will hold (As you previously set the timer for every 10 seconds) hundreds, if not thousands of jpeg pictures that give you picture by picture accounts of where and what the Computer User has looked at both on the Internet and on their PC itself. It is the mastery of this ability that has caught many husbands out and saved Wives and Husband’s thousands of pound in Private Detective bills for their services. And, because “SpyCobra1″ is straight forward plug, follow the instructions and play, it doesn’t take an expert or even an amateur computer savvy person to install and use the device.
