Are Penny Stocks Good Or Bad Value ?

There are not so many people trading in penny stocks as traditional ones
This means that, if you do decide to change your mind and get out of a trade, there may not be a buyer on the scene for a little while.
So do not start trading this way if you want to be able to get hold of your capital quickly.
You cannot get a grasp on the actual company as easily
It would take a lot of research to unearth the financial situation of the companies and their directors.
It is not that easy sometimes to find out what kind of business it is. It is not unknown to win the lottery and get returns of 30 times or more on your investment. However, many many more people lose everything than win in this market. Make sure that you are mentally prepared as that is the reason that most people fail here.
If you have any doubts, then it is probably best that you avoid getting penny stocks altogether.
