Goldman Sachs raised its 6-month price target on Nike (NYSE: NKE) from $80 to $85, saying they expect the 5/5 investor day to highlight key drivers of their Conviction Buy List rating.
Those drivers include “accelerating near-term momentum from cyclical recovery, sector catalysts, and new products” and “attractive long-term growth from market share opportunities and category growth in emerging markets.”
The firm said Nike could elaborate on plans to deploy its $7 per share in cash, including a more aggressive share buyback.
