Though the Dell 3110cn Color Laser Printer does not come standard with automatic duplexing, an optional duplex printing unit can be added on to transform the device into one with double sided printing capabilities. Via the multi purpose tray, not only can two sided printing cut down on paper consumption, but it can execute it on a wide range of formats including plain paper (light, normal, thick), cover (normal, thick), coated paper (normal, thick), transparency, label stock (normal, thick), envelope, and all types of recycled paper.
Along with Dell’s expansive and versatile hardware package, they also include great software support that included not only extensive drivers, but user friendly software to help maximize the productivity of your investment, such as the Dell Color Track 2 program that can reduce cost of ownership drastically. The Color Track software allows an administrator access to control of up to fifty individual users or department accounts. Color Track users can then enable or disable certain departments, or simply set individual limits on color ink usage to preserve the, often expensive, color toner cartridges. You can even monitor exact usage numbers across the board.
